To Whom It May Concern:

 

I have sent this dispute letter to call your attention to the incorrect details and entries I have seen on my credit report. The credit report I have received from your organization, dated April 5, 2010, contains outdated details that need to be corrected immediately. I have attached the misleading report you have supplied to me and I have circled red all the errors I found on my credit file.

 

Below you will find the items I would like your agency to correct as soon as possible:

 

Item 1: Late and Missed Payment Records on Personal Loans taken from BOD Financing Institution.

 

The payment delinquency records on this personal loan should be removed from my credit records. I have sufficient evidence that will prove my claim on this matter. The receipts and records released to me by BOD Financing Institution show that I paid this credit account earlier than their due dates. Kindly go over the copies of receipts that I have enclosed to this letter. After doing so, please update my credit records and delete my payment delinquency records as soon as possible.

 

Item 2: Unsecured Wedding Loan obtained from Family and Educational Loans Incorporated is still open.

 

My unsecured wedding loan from Family and Educational Loans Incorporated should have been declared closed. I have provided the proprietor a settlement fund for my outstanding balance, which he accepted on January 25, 2010. I have attached to this letter a copy of the agreement that my creditor and I signed on January 25, 2010. This document details the expiration of my credit account. After going over this document, I expect that you will close the unsecured wedding loan listed on my credit records.

 

Item 3: The remaining balance on HBO Credit Card Account Number 564730 is less than the actual amount specified on my billing statement.

 

The credit report you have supplied to me reflects a remaining balance of $250. However this does not correspond to the billing statement I received from HBO Credit Card Company. The billing statement specified that I still need to pay as much as $1250 on this account. Kindly validate the amount of my balance on this credit card and do reflect this value on my credit report.

 

I hope that you can investigate and correct these items immediately. After performing the necessary activities to verify my claim, please send me your findings and my free credit report.
